Worked with  Chinese company to acquire a large division of a Fortune 100 company in the U.S.A. World Bridge support included: (1) Coordination of client due diligence requests with seller, (2) Structure interim arrangements and transition services prior to full integration, and (3) Negotiation of definitive acquisition  agreements prior to successful closing.
